Thank you for your interest. Policies are instituted to assist with building a strong, positive, professional relationship.
Please read the following prior to your appointment.
Calls --- It is our policy to return all calls in a timely manner. Voicemails are answered and returned in the order in which the call was received. Most times calls are returned the same day or within 24-48 business hours. Calls will not be returned after 8pm. Your enthusiasm is appreciated however, it is not necessary to call/leave voicemails multiple times. That will not ensure a prompt response.
Spa time --- It is a pleasure to serve you! But it must be done in a timely fashion so that clients before and after your spa time will be serviced on time. It is important that you are on time. You may arrive about 5 minutes (but not more than 10minutes) early. Once your physical service has ended, you are allowed to take a few minutes to relax before you exit the spa room. That concludes your hour of service. The same applies to home visits as well your therapist will arrive at least 10 -15 minutes prior to your start time.
Of course arriving late is not recommended. It is understood that things come up however, arriving late to your appointment will reduce your session time. If you should need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If 24 hours notice is not given, you can be charged for the appointment time that you missed. We recognize that emergencies occur; and therefore reserve the right to make individual decisions regarding assessing charges for missed appointments. Same applies for home visits; clients not at the home location at appointment time scheduled, appointment will be shortened as therapist have other appointments to honor.
You have the option of rescheduling, ONLY after a $20 cancellation fee is paid. Individuals who are no shows to appointments will also incur this fee which must be paid prior to rescheduling a new appointment.
Repeated no shows or cancellations will require prepayment for entire session to schedule. Appointments are scheduled to make the best use of your valuable time as well as the valuable time of your therapist, and late arrivals impact the other appointments scheduled that day. If your session is shortened because of your late arrival, you are still responsible for full payment as if the full session was performed. These policies are for your benefit as well as for the benefit of your therapist, and we appreciate your adherence to them.
Gift Certificates To give a gift is a blessing. To receive a gift is an even bigger blessing! It should be cherished and appreciated. These certificates are to be used within the expiration date expressed in writing. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES THAT HAVE EXPIRED. No exceptions!!! Gift certificates without the To: and From: filled in with TRUE information will not be honored.
Behavior --- There is a ZERO tolerance for inappropriate behavior (verbal or physical) before, during or after service. If any sexually suggestive behavior or sexual advances are made during service, the session will end immediately and full payment will be due at the close of the session. Respect will given as it is received
Tipping/Gratuity --- is certainly appreciated. There is no standard for tipping. The average tip is 20% of the regular price of service (if paying a discount).Of course if you are so inclined to give more please be sure to do so! If you are not able to give 20% but can give something, please do so! All tips are welcomed equally! A lot of work goes into performing bodywork and therapist appreciate being appreciated
